The Story

Welcome! Artful Growth was founded to provide psychotherapy and art therapy services for adults and seniors.

As we move through our lives, they can be difficult at times and it takes courage to reach out for support and help.

I have witnessed art therapy to be an amazing, insightful and healing mental health treatment for a variety of situations and conditions
.
Art therapy gives you the ability to be able to see what you feel or think in a way you may not have been able to express through words.

It can provide a way to express your feelings and thoughts with colors, lines, shapes and images which often illustrate insights.

The act of creating something from within can provide a way to deepen your self-understand
ing.
